1. About the Customization Process

How do I start customizing my Spacesys wall?

Simply begin by sharing your wall measurements and any ideas or inspiration you have. Our team will guide you through the process step by step — from concept to final design.

How long does the customization process take?

The timeline depends on the complexity of your design. Typically, initial proposals are prepared within 3 days after receiving your details.

Our custom production time is around 14 days. More orders are completed and ready to ship within 7 days. We will provide a precise schedule in your final quote.

What is your return policy for custom wall panels?

As each of our custom pieces is made to your specifications, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction remains our priority. In the unlikely event that any item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly. We will arrange for replacement parts to be sent and cover the cost of a local professional for repair or installation — at no additional charge to you.
