By placing an order with Spacesys, you agree to the following:
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Once confirmed, your order moves into processing or production.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
All prices are listed in MYR.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
Full payment or deposit (for custom orders) is required to begin processing.
For custom work: 50% deposit to start, balance before delivery.

• Ready-made items: 2–5 working days
• Custom items: 7–21 working days
Delays may occur depending on design complexity or unforeseen factors.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Spacesys is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors. Shipping fees are calculated separately unless stated otherwise.
Installation is available upon request at an additional cost. If you opt for our installation service, our team will handle setup to ensure proper fit and function. If installation is not selected, customers are responsible for proper setup. Spacesys is not liable for issues caused by incorrect installation. Before installation, please ensure:
• The wall/surface is suitable
• The area is accessible
• Measurements provided are accurate
Any additional work required on-site (modifications, adjustments, special wall conditions) may incur extra charges.
We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. No change-of-mind returns. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover:
• Misuse
• Improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
Spacesys is not liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss caused by misuse or improper installation
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Due to materials and production processes, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects.
We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version will always apply.
