We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Exchanges are allowed for:
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
If the issue is due to our error or defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, it will be borne by the customer.
